Justri was proud to be in attendance at the first-ever Regional ART Meeting in Bar, Montenegro.
The meeting bought together Doctors from across the region with Justri sponsoring three from the UK: Dr. Ana Marig Garcia, Dr. Alvaro Guererro Ramos & Tabitha Mahungu. The meeting also included our own Dr. Mike Youle.
Topics included Epidemiology of HIV & ART in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro & Macedonia, the challenges of treatment in different regions and Q&A on how Justri can help.
The coming together of these doctors recognised that cooperation and collaboration between different countries in the region is the way forward in the continual treatment, prevention and reaching goals in respect to HIV.
We look forward to the second meeting!
